The Slow Wine guide around the world: communicating good, clean and fair wine

Bologna, Italy

Event local time

March 28th at 10:30 in your time zone

Free event

Once upon a time it was just Italy, but now the Slow Wine guide has editions dedicated to the wines of Slovenia, the USA, Macedonia… and even China! The Slow Wine guide is expanding around the world, reviewing wineries even where “slow” winemaking is a relative novelty.

Within the Slow Wine Coalition there are national projects to promote wineries that work according to the principles of Slow Food. In this meeting we’ll show you how publishing can dialog with small-scale wineries and promote their work. We’ll also draw a map for the future and see how new projects can be developed, including a proposal for a new system of certification from Germany.
